The App provides notifications for various motorsport events. While we strive to provide timely and accurate notifications, we do not guarantee the delivery of any notifications and are not responsible for any missed notifications. The user acknowledges that notifications may be delayed or fail to be delivered due to factors beyond our control.
The App is provided on an 'as is' and 'as available' basis. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted or error-free. We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the Company is based, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
