01 Introduction

Alerthium ("we", "our", or "us") operates the Alerthium mobile application (the "App"). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and protect your personal information when you use our App on iOS or Android.

We store your subscription status (Premium / Free) to unlock features. We do not store payment card details. All payments are processed securely by Apple (App Store) or Google (Google Play).

• Send opt-in push notifications for motorsport events (race starts, qualifying, results)
• Manage your Premium / Free subscription status

04 Notifications

The App provides opt-in push notifications for motorsport events across Formula 1, Formula 2, Formula 3, MotoGP, Moto2, and Moto3. You can manage or disable notifications at any time through your device's system settings.

We do not use notification interaction data for advertising or profiling purposes.

05 Subscriptions & In-App Purchases

The App offers an optional auto-renewable Premium subscription. All billing and subscription management are handled by Apple (App Store) or Google (Google Play). We only store a boolean subscription status locally on your device and in our systems.

To manage or cancel your subscription: on iOS go to Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions; on Android go to Google Play → Subscriptions.

06 Data Sharing & Third Parties

We do not sell your personal data. We may share your data only in these limited circumstances:

• With service providers who assist in operating the App (e.g., analytics, crash reporting), bound by confidentiality obligations
• When required by applicable law, regulation, or legal process
• To protect the rights, property, or safety of Alerthium, our users, or others

09 Children's Privacy
